Our goal is to get 50+ events hosted throughout the week featuring folks from 30+ states and 10+ countries. By rallying the community, we understand that we are stronger together and can showcase our wonderful and vibrant AgTech ecosystem. We invite you to join in the fun and host events throughout the week. Possible events you and your organization could host include:

We offer a free master calendar to host and promote your event, though organizations are responsible for covering their own event costs. We encourage you to check the master calendar to determine the optimal time for your event.

EVENT HOSTING FAQs

  • AgTech Week will provide the opportunity to showcase innovation, facilitate networking opportunities, increase partnership opportunities, and create global visibility for the innovation that’s happening in the Upper Midwest.

  • All costs and event logistics (venue, catering, etc.) are to be taken care of by the individual organizations putting on the events.

  • We ask that you keep it within a 30 mile radius of Fargo-Moorhead. If you need help generating venue ideas, the AgTech Week team has a list of potential venues we can send to you.

  • AgTech Week is designed to engage the entire AgTech industry: startups, corporations, growers, investors, ag educators, and students. We encourage you to think about how you can engage those groups while planning your event.

  • All auxiliary events will be featured on the AgTech Week website calendar. We ask that hosts promote their event and AgTech Week through their marketing channels. Your organization’s logo will also be recognized as a “Community Host” on the AgTech Week homepage.

  • Great! To sign up to host an event, please fill out the AgTech Week Event Host Interest Form. A member from the AgTech Week team will contact you from there. Thank you for making AgTech Week 2026 a groundbreaking success... together!
