AgTech Week 2025 attendees are invited to an evening celebrating sustainable innovation in food and farming. Sustain-A-Grain and Drekker Brewing Company have teamed up to launch a new beer brewed with Kernza®: A perennial grain recognized for its sweet, nutty flavor and ability to regenerate soil and protect water resources.
The event will feature a screening of Beer Saves the World, an 11-minute short film exploring how beer can contribute to environmental solutions. A live panel discussion will follow, offering perspectives from Kernza® researchers and practitioners working across the globe.
Additionally, the Kernza® Conference will host a research poster session, highlighting key projects and insights from the broader Kernza® community.

Doors open to the public at 6:45 PM at Brewhalla Auditorium. The film screening begins at 7:00 PM.
